枯草芽孢杆菌GB03对紫花苜蓿耐盐性的影响

摘 要:

本文研究了根际有益细菌枯草芽孢杆菌GB03对草类植物紫花苜蓿种子萌发、生长和耐盐性的调控作用。结果表明, 枯草芽孢杆菌GB03菌液浸泡紫花苜蓿种子处理后, 显著提高了不同盐浓度处理下种子的发芽势与发芽率; 对株高、根长和生物量均有不同程度的提升作用, 显著增加了不同盐浓度处理下叶绿素含量。

Abstract:

In current study, the regulation of Bacillus subtilis GB03 to seed germination, growth and salt tolerance of Medicago sativa was investigated. The results indicated that B. subtilis GB03 significantly increased seed germination potential and germination rates of M. sativa under various salinity conditions. GB03 improved shoot height, root length and plant biomass in different degrees, and significantly enhanced chlorophyll content under different concertrations of salt.
